I'm afriad I do not have any helpful criticisim to offer, I did really really enjoyed this though and believe you have a brilliant writing style. Being the posseser of a sometimes outrageous soft spot for cliches, didn't exactly hurt either. I do love my fair share of happily ever afters ;)

This was such a great story. Really. I am just so pleased at the moment and my smile is hurting my face, but it was such a fantastic one-shot. I love Marin and your discription of the differences between humans sight and dragon sight and Jade was the cutest thing.

I wanted to see go to the dragon isles!

This is lovely, very nice. The details are wonderful and I enjoy the sweet interactions between Marin and Jade.

So. Yeah. I still love this story :3 especially the way it flows. Eg when marin's using the cold as an excuse but then it's hot and he's found the dragon.

I like Jade, because he's kinda childish in that he gets so excited about knowing about humans.

My favourite part was "Marin swore he could hear some muttered comments about 'pathetic portable treasure collection' and 'so much better stuff back home' "

What a fantastically awesome story! It was clever, funny, sweet... and "I'm too busy right now to bother with killing you, but I'd like you to know that your stupid is showing" is officially my favorite line of the year.

Aww. The humor of this was great! I loved Marin's thoughts as he was riding out at the beginning. The transformations were unexpected, and the ending was just sweet.

I especially like the way Marin talks to himself and thinks on his way to slaying the dragon/being slayed himself. It reminds me of my fav author Terry Pratchett...
