I love how you repeated the first line again at the end.

This piece is very well written though I think this line should be changed to this, The pretty one that shines and gleams, typo probably. Any way this poem was powerful and awing. I actual like this piece and it's going to go on my favorites list. My favorite verse would have to be Let's all pretend affection... that verse was moving and sweet.

Pretty and melodic. The fourth stanza really touched a nerve.
