i really liked this fic.,the big plus was the supportive familes of both boys. many times a slash fic will have the angry/upset parents etc as a conflict point, it was nice read this instead. great job !

The story was somehow..weird, but fairly realistic and thoroughly enjoyable. I like the ending and the characters...the descriptions given have brought the scenes to life. And, haha..the part that he had to buy tampons for his sister and he was totally LOST was hilarious!!

Aw, this was damn cute. (FP's probably gonna star that out. Ugh. Oh, well. You get the idea, right?)

Haha, if I had a brother, I would SO make him buy my feminine products. Just to torture him. xD But if I had a brother as sweet as Jarred, I'd have to at least think about the unnecessary torture before I made him do it. ;D

I wish there was more to this~ I'd love to see if Jarred and Lyle (which is a GREAT name, by the way!) were meant to be. :'3

Great story! very interesting. kinda a stretch for a oneshot, tho. it's pretty long. divide it into chapters to make it better and more suspenseful.

I like this. (: The tampon premise is hilarious, and at the same time all the mixture of emotions is realistic - kind of melancholy, somewhat hopeful but never over the top.

I also thought initially that the ending was going to be sad, but you left it open-ended without an obvious happy ending. And it's nice that way.

This utterly reeks of real life, and it's fabulous! No stretch of imagination required or suspension of belief to accept some stupid plot premise; this could actually happen. The first encounter was great; not a silly "love at first sight" moment, just some vague interest with little acknowledgment of it. And their discovery of each other didn't immediately lead to sex and lifelong pair-bonding--just some hot making out which is quite justifiable because they are both horny teenage guys. I also *love* the optimistic ending.

Aw, too cute! A romance that starts over tampons, gotta love it!
