I just read the whole thing through, and if you ever write a sequel, I promise to love it just as much as this baby.

Although honestly, I think it's just right the way you left it, even if I'm craving more Chris and Lyn...definitely a SKoW nominee for this winter.

And key lime pie sucks.

hey really nice so far but one mistake
"“Pay attention,” my mom says quickly because I nearly trip over a small mound of sand. My shades get knocked crooked, so I nervously push them up onto the bridge of my nose so that nobody can see me eye. We leave the sodas with Tuck and Louise before I go sit down on my tacky old beach towel."
this paragraph is about halfway through this chapter. and shouldnt it say "bridge of my nose so that nobody can see MY eye"?

This was.. something different. I liked it (you can't believe how many hours I spent staying up at school days reading the chapters one by one).

Some parts were kind of left hanging, like the fire at Pierre's, but whatever. :)

Hey, I got as far as I could through your story. I've nothing to say against your plot/storyline/idea altogether, because it's really good. However, you repeat words too much in the same sentences and it's just hard to read in general. Overall, I give first half of your first chapter an 8/10! Keep up the good work!
