Oh, I read your bio. Under your quotes you had listed:

"Logic is a systematic method of coming to the wrong conclusion with confidence." - I believe it's a Murphy's Law

I'm not sure where that quote originated. Murphy's Law, however, is, "Anything that can happen will." It's usually used to describe how well-planned situations go awry. To spy novels, Murphy's Law is a sort of deus ex machina.

But then, if they did, we'd have a lot of dead people because most people don't even realize it if they're glaring at someone. A dangerous situation, to be sure.
