i like it.
this has such a detached tone, where the reader can just feel the emptiness between the letters. the spaces you've filled are both pitifully heart-wrenching, and they just sort of... linger?
haha whatever it is, it's nice.
i think the parentheses are effective in this piece, but the repetition is sort of - redundant.

Wow. This is some harmony of words you have. Both to explain your broken state and the slightest bit of hope Jesus has presented you. It's graphic in the sullen tense of what you do and the longing to accepting of what He offers you. Wonderfully done i may say.
