This really made me think... I feel like saying this to my best friend almost every single day: "you frown in the mirror but you're still alive, aren't you?"
Some people just dont realize how good they have it... I really love how you embeded your question in the poem, it causes us readers to think about your theme and bring it in a full circle to your closing line: "meanwhile she lies in bed"..."wishing she were someone else."
