This is seriously history repeating itself. So many people have gone through this stage in their life where they try to hold onto what they think they can grasp in another human being, only to be tossed aside like the waves of the sea. We so often set ourselves up for dissapointment and it's quite apparent in this piece. Overall, I really like this style of writing. It has great flow and a tender honesty.

I like this a lot.. the contridictions in the beginning are great and I love the flow of the short lines and the ending is really nice

I must say that I really like the last six lines, but you could work on making the rest more original and less... vacuuous. Don't take that to mean I don't like this, though; it threw me off at times, but was interesting.
