Hmm. This is very interesting, and very well written. But hopefully it'll be more than a simply ".hack" or "lain" or "otherland" type rip-off.

Well, generally I like it. It's not going too fast, your characters are fairly well-developed and you aren't just dropping a ton of info all at once. However, you do have several small errors in grammar.
