I thought this was pretty good, but I do have a few things to say.

"My sixth sense told me" You might want to add in the word "had"
"And so I did do that" Kill the word "DO", add the word "JUST".
"Right to my own house" Maybe saying "Right back to my house" would be better?

Aside from that there are some other lines that need their sylibles checked and it seems a bit weird that the meatball suddenly had a hat... Oh well, you probably meant it to confuse people.

That was brilliant. Better than the toothpaste. My crazy swim team friends and I like to sing On Top of Spaghetti, so I'm definitely going to print this out. Then we'll memorize it and have many more verses to drive people crazy with!
