So sad and emotional, it sent chills down my spine. The ending was my favorite part. There are a lot of poems like this on fictionpress, but I think you actually wrote this better than a lot of the other ones I've seen, because you kept it simple instead of getting pretentious and/or convoluted. Just so you know, you spelled "poem" wrong in your summary and you should probably fix that so that people don't think this whole poem is full of mistakes, because it isn't.
