I love it. In the first two lines I feel like I know exactly what you mean. The last two lines, as well - they're so bittersweet.

oh, yes, leave it. it's perfect.

"I’ve outgrown my melancholy; As well as our friendship."

there's a few people I could certainly say that to. of course, I would probably just splutter "I hate you, go away!" instead of something poetic and lovely like this.
