Not because i'm depresse, but because I encompass every emotion, determination, joy, sorrow, they all meld together to create the black of my wings. They, like yours, are torn and beaten, used and have been shattered, but they can still fly, still carry me. Red tints because I seem to have a little more spit in me than anyone (including myself) realized. Once again, you have astounded me.

I'm usually not into this genre... essays. probably cuz i dont think i could write one. one of substance and satisfaction anyway. but anywho ur piece was really good. I hope you write more... and for the queestion... i would think midnight blue, cuz its one of those dark colors that stand out and speaks for itself, without being too bright and almost to the point of fake cheerfulness.

It's weird reading your blurb on your profile which is, lets face it, a bit nuts:D, then reading these amazing deep angsty bits of writing. Keep it up, I love your style:D I'd say my wings are a kind of dark orange. I always try to look on the bright side, I'm painfully optimistic and I'm a total hippy, but there's a kind of dark, passionate side to me too. As for my soul... ooh its probably a really dark pink - bitchy and slightly evil but still desperate to be different and unique:D Never thought about that before. It's sweet. JAR
