This story is beautifully constructed. It isn't overdone in dramatics, and it moves at a nice, realistic pace. It isn;t unbearably dramatic or sad (to me). The psychology of all the characters fit together perfectly- I LOVE this story.

damn it!, i couldn't stop CRYING while reading this story. this is one of the BEST STORYS i have ever read. i love the emotions your writing evokes in a person. i will honestly say though i may not know exactly what Dani has gone through, i can understand where she comes from, because in many ways i kind of see myself in her shoes, my life is similar to how her's was. execpt you gave your character hope, something i'm to weak to give for myself.

anyway... excellment job. you truly have a gift as a writer.

but... i have to say one thing. in you story you said that Jake's true love was Erica. but you see i couldn't get that from the story. it kept striking to me that Jake truly loved Dani, but he went for Erica because it seemed the Erica was EXACTLY like dani execpt, Erica NEEDED him while Dani didn't. Jake wanted a girl who need him...
sorry, that was my interecption. and also, i'm not seeing Mae and Jeffries; it should be the girls' mom and Jeffries

that was such a good story, a real 'page turner'. i couldn't put it down, or in this case stop clicking the >> button. I loved the character Dani, she may of seemed weak at the start for running away, but she had her reasons and she came a stronger person and she healed her demons, and of course like any good story found love along the way.
i want to say thank you, becuase i've been looking for a good story to read for a while now, and i found it!

I've read this story multiple times. And never does it fail to bring tears. I think that's why I always come back to it. There's a little bit of me that wishes I had Dani's spine, but she wears it so much better than I could ever imagine. Thank you for being an amazing writer.

This story is beautiful, emotional, inspirational, wonderful. :) I love how you told the story so that the action scenes at the end didn't feel sudden or out of place. I also give you kudos because this story is so very spiritual, but it never hits the reader over the head with religion. Its spirituality is just quietly integrated.
Overall, this story is a reminder to me why I feel you are one of the best authors on FictionPress.
