AJS 2008-06-22 ch 37,	abuseOh wow. For some reason I kept thinking that there were 38 chapters to this, and not 37, so I wasn't actually expecting it to end. This is a cute story. Jackson & Delilah are superr cute together. I don't really understand Sam's whole transformation though. It was really abrupt - there wasn't really a transition. Also, you said in the beginning that Jackson had never asked Brooke out before the time he was dating Brooke in this story, but then towards the end Jackson says he and Brooke dated off and on for over 5 1/2 months. So yeah, a little confused. I think this is a good plotline, good story, good dialog, but for some reason I feel like some parts are missing more depth to the words. Like what you have is good but if you could just add a bit more description or something at times where it's supposed to be like... dramatic... like fights and stuff I don't know, you could actually take your story to the next level and help readers actually FEEL what your characters are feeling. This is a cute story though :) Love and already miss Jack & Lila. They're definitely perfect for each other, despite what they might say about there being no such thing as perfect, haha =P Actually it's kind of weird that Wyatt and everyone came over on Valentine's Day because usually you spend that day with your lover, especially the night. Yeah, I don't know. And how did Jackson get into Lila's house all those times when she would be sleeping and just wake up and see him there? Was the door open or did he have a key or what? I liked the progression of Jack & Lila's relationship though. It was so gradual and natural. M yeah. Cute story - great work! I hope you continue writing, maybe work on that sequel, though I'm not sure how keen I am for more drama with Jackson & Delilah. Haha. I don't know - we'll see. I swear, I would just be like "Hm... Jackson's a hot name..." in the middle of class or something. Seriously awesome job on it :) And by the way, I liked how you left the ending to us.

I myself am a fan of very deep, developed characters; ones that feel real, and I just don't think your story delivers that. Then again, they are just high school girls, but I'm sure that not every high school girl is like that - I'm in high school, and I just don't think I can really relate too much to your main character. I mean, for all that she doesn't want to sleep with Jack because she thinks it's 'morally wrong,' she's squealing over a kiss on her forehead. I would try to put it out of my mind...or if I did tell somebody, I would feel really guilty for actually liking the kiss. But I wouldn't squeal over it; isn't she at least trying to remain faithful to Sam?
