abuseWow. I've always bee curious about that other version of Little Red Riding Hood, but this has queched my curiosity. I particularly like how you tell a tale that has the potential to turn into something truly disgusting and pronographic, but skip over that possibility and stay with the story line. The fact that you can do this makes the whole story amazing, not that it wouldn't be either way.
My only comment would be that the grandmother is rather irrelevant. She is a good alibi (I think that that's the word, anyhow) but if she is to be used as such she should be mentioned later, and otherwise she's just a random, unkown character who happens to be overly described. It could be that the grandmother knows the truth of the matter, and is the only chance that the girl has for salvation from this horror, maybe? Just an idea.
By the way, I'm adding this to my Fractured Faerie Tales C2. If this bothers you, PM me!

abuseI was really impressed with this take on a children's tale. The idea of changing the symbolism of the wolf is not something i've come across before and I think that you did it really well. Also that you have not gone into too much detail with the parts of the tale that are familiar to most readers is really good as well as it means that it's all focused on the bits that you have changed. I like your writing style!
