SO exciting. And so different from your first series! I love how you create these huge, involved worlds. I was a little upset at how snarky Kahn was, though, because his first name is my las name. Thankfully he made up for it.

I want a relationship with Pir and Siara.

Yay, an epic, EPIC story, and though i immediately want to know how it all turns out, i like it this way because things have been gone into in a greater depth. I really never suspected that Drake had ulterior motives, although i was never that crazy about him and hoped that they wouldnt get together because though i liked him as a character, i felt like i didnt know him that well and didnt love him, like i felt i should considering he is the protagonists lover, but now i see that the feeling of not knowing him was probably intentional, and that you wanted us to prefer Kir instead, because hopefully they will be together? Kir is already one of my all time favourite characters, i fell in love with immediatly, although Siara's rasicm really annoyed me because she seems like such an intelligent character, and fairly kind yet she still thought that because they dont speak they dont have brains and and had ridiculous pre-conceptions, adn their didnt seem to be a reason for it, so im hoping to find one in the next books, because she seems to have a grudge over the whole race. Also, just wanted to say that i though the Pyride death ceremony thing was beautiful and such a nice concept.

Well i think ive reached a turning point in the story, i cant wait to read all about the journey! Once again, im loving this story and theres something about it thats quite different about it from the others, i think its the whole performing acts group thing, which was entertaing to read about and i now officially love Palli! And i like that this one is centered around that brother sister bond which is amazingly sweet, but also all of the problems from that relationship, it will be interesting to see how they act together when they meet again after all this! The opening chapter had that fairytale ring to it that i love and set the scene really well i think, because i love learning some of the history of the land like that, at the begginings of stories. And that city, Nnygrin, was so scary, but rang of truth, i can totally see that happening (well mabye not as extreme :D)in the future which is petrifying, but thats whats so cool about your stories, they all seem so otherworldly yet as if they're set in the time before, but they equally seem like the cities and cultures of the future, like scifi.

Another good chapter. I will say that Ana is my favorite character. Siara is too stiff and serious all the time. But with a brother like hers, I guess that's understandable.

This city...I forget what it's called exactly, is very amusing. The spitting thing made me laugh.

Ana is quite the character, very funny.

The blood bond was interesting, so are the two sharing thoughts now? Weird.

Very good, I'm liking this a lot. However, there are two things that I am unclear on.

You make this book sound like it's set in modern day...but then other times, I start to think not. At one point you said that candles were a source of lighting, and then the other you were talking about spiky heels. I'm confused.

And the other is minor, and probably something you did say, only I missed. What are the firestompers? That's what I think they're called.

Not a bad start. I'm not quite sure where you're headed with this, but that's ok, I shall figure it out.

At first I thought it'd be Pir, and I was kinda disappointed (since I don't particularly like Harri) until Kir entered the scene. I'm just concerned that there are only four chapters left, so the romance would have to be a rather whirlwind affair, I guess.
I just hope they don't have sex. Please don't have sex!

Damn. What a worthless brother. Of course, I thought that about Benji too at first...actually, I didn't change my mind. I like Benji, but he's still a worthless brother.
Anyways, I'm liking this story so far.
