Hm...could be improved upon, but I like the ending. It tied it together nicely. I'm not going to try to guess the message it is trying to convey, because my brain feels like it's half asleep right now. Something about making your own decisions...? Bah. Whatever, it was good.

I think i did get a message out of it, but i dont think that the message im thinking is the same thing ur thinking...
i was kind of thinking that the message was that the bird gets to choose its own path but then u say will the bird have enough time...enough bravery to choose the right thing...the thing it wants before time is out...kind of a follow ur heart message...

You're right - this does have a good message. I'm a firm believer that there is no 'destiny'; your life turns out the way it does due to your own gut decisions, and your hand is not forced by something cosmic.
I like how you've set this out, it makes it easy to read and absorb :)
