I liked that ending, although now im wondering whether thats going to affect Kyrin...seeing as someone just smoked part of his soul lol. Im soo glad, that Kyrin has finally realised and that she spoke to him, it was getting frustrating and Tika and Rahm are finally together! I was worried that you were going to leave Rahm in captiveity unitl the next book, but thats ok, now im just routing for Kir and Siara :D

Wow . . . what a great story.

Even with the increased prevalence of romance in this book, you did a wonderful job of keeping the plot to the forefront.

I don't think I'll start the next book tonight, though I desperately want to. I might have a history paper to write that I forgot about . . . oops.

But rest assured, I will continue soon. There's no way I'm missing the conclusion to this trilogy. Especially with Kir and Siara!

Interesting . . . I thought Tika would be Rahm's key. But that would be too easy.

So, we have firewalker + bannen and earthstomp + mirkai. Maybe the other two elements will also draw on the different races. One key could be a shapeshifter and one . . . well, mermen are supposed to be evil, but it would make sense for the water handler.

So he's not a shapeshifter . . . I wondered why he was always a wolf, when it would probably be more expedient to turn into something else sometimes.

As a half-Mirkai, I wonder what powers Tika has?

Poor Rahm. He hates himself enough already. Can't he just catch a break? And I'm afraid that Lahim's tortures will make his fear of touch come roaring back.

Finally, Siara and Kir are realizing that they're so cute together . . . of course they're not realizing exactly that, but you know what I mean.

And I get it now. The "something monumental" that occured to Kir when Siara fell asleep on his shoulder was not necessarily that he loved her (though that could be involved), but rather that he was her key. They were touching, so he could see the godline. Nice.

Kyrin better not get Palli assassinated because of his big mouth. That would be horrible.

And it's very interesting about Amara . . . she actually possesses some vestige of intelligence? I wonder how that's going to influence to eventual outcome of events. It could be a rather big factor at some point.

First of all, the bloodthirstyness of Irkna's followers is really well done. They make me shiver. And the convoluted politics between them are interesting and complex.

One thing from last chapter (I forgot to put it in a review, which says a lot for the driving quality of your writing): you said of Siara, "when the Wind Whip nearly sliced her in half. . . ." I thought they were Sand Whips last book. Maybe I'm wrong. Frankly, considering how much you write, I can't believe how well you keep track of anything. If this is a mistake, it's a rare one, and that's more than commendable.

I'm guessing the wolf's a shapeshifter . . . all the mythical beings seem to be coming out to play.

Ooh! I like Tika and Rahm a lot. They're interesting.

Thank you so much for continuing from Book 1! I was horrified when I saw your closing comments that you hadn't started on the next book. I couldn't stand not knowing what you had planned for Siara, Ana and Kir - all whom are fascinating characters.

Lulz. Got your reply, but by then I'd gone searching for your other stories and found this anyways. Again, can't express how much I enjoyed this story. I really liked Tika, she was an awesome female character. I also liked the character growth in Siara, I can't name how many times her prejudices got on my nerves in the last book, I'm glad she's wisened up some. So, two books down, one to go. I guess I better start reading! ^^

I have no idea how you manage to write so well so quickly, but I'm glad you do. I really hope you get published, you deserve it.
