This reminds me of myself once upon a time, and sometimes now too, but rarely. I really like it. I don't know how must thought you gave to capitalization, but maybe something to consider? since you have tradition punctuation, traditional capitalization would suit it. All this is just personal preference and it isn't my poem so you be the judge.
