I'm with suddenlyBeautiful, I thought it was kind of confusing. There were some jumps in there like- wait, what just happened? Who are we talking about? It just gets kind of lost in some places and ruins some of the effective climaxes you have. Extra explanation would help too.

But overall, very nice. Odd plot, but it worked for the story.
