I also liked how your story was fast pace and quick to the point. The beginning completely captured my attention and kept me reading until the end.

The first line made me think of mascots and different schools, not animals. Strange. Anyways, I think this story is cute. It's written simply and clearly, rather in the style of old-fashioned tales. I like how each thing progresses. It was easy to keep track of the story and it was entertaining. Quick, concise, and funny - just what a story should be. Nice job.
