Can I be Cristi?

Seriously though, wonderful story, AGAIN. Aside from a few spelling mistakes (and the eye thing, which I honestly didn't notice) it was just delightful. You tricked me too, because for a while I thought Marik was S.D. Very, very nice. Now to read Simon's saga.

One criticism: I'm pretty sure "nonplussed" doesn't mean calm and unperturbed. According to dictionary (dot) com, to nonplus means "to render utterly perplexed; puzzle completely." So that might be something to fix in editing. Otherwise, I'm loving the story so far! Very eager to know what's going on with Muck and Sasha. I have my theories, but I'll have to see how they pan out...

I knew it oh I just knew it! Muck/Marik and Cristi were meant to be together =) Though I mostly thought that because you hinted at it haha.
When they were both feelings rejected and jealous and all together miserable, I felt it. I was unconsciously frowning at the screen the entire time(though I realized this otherwise I wouldn't've known to be commenting about it now, obviously) and the mood made my imagination fly off about what it would feel like if the boy whom I have a crush on suddenly had a girlfriend. I think it takes a truly good writer to inspire others to write.
I do agree though that you need to edit out some typos, and some of the descriptions are inconsistent. Like Marik thinks that Cristi smells like sweet apples and then in the last scene she smells like horses and roses. And I'm always unsure about what color everyone's hair is, it seemed that by the end of the story there were dozens of people with orange/red hair.

I'm not terribly fond of Cristi. I feel like if she was as much a feminist as she appears to be, she wouldn't be so obsessed with finding a Prince to fall madly in love with her. Not to mention, she dismisses fat men when she's described as heavy herself.

But I do like Muck. :)

Well, I gotta say I'm disappointed there was no sex. Not even a real make-out scene. Ah well.

I thought the touch with Cristi being the Princess Charming was nice.

I mean, I always though you let your characters off the hook too soon, but REALLY...
I don't like Sonja. At all. She's a little bitch.
Cristi shouldn't learn of and accept his love from Sonja. Honestly, that whole thing was just too nice and neat. They should spend some time seperated and miserable.
Oh, and I didn't think Marik should've forgiven Sonja so easily, either. Yeah, she's his sister, but when he discovers she lost him his love, his reaction shouldn't be to turn to her for comfort! I really think he should have informed her she did him no favors and now he was going back to try and undo the damage she'd deliberately caused. And then of course, find her with Simon and disappear, only to return for the ball.
By the way, I really like all your stories, including this one. I wouldn't feel nearly as passionately about it if I didn't. And I always prefer more romance than fantasy.

Yay! I love Marik's character.

Decisions, decisions...Muck or S.D.? Or are they the same person? Or someone we haven't met yet? One of the things you're best at is keeping us guessing when you do part of the story from one pov.

your stories are amazing. i've been cooped up in my room reading all of them because i just managed to find them. i'm so glad i did. this is my favorite by far. you're an incredible writer. i don't usually like shifting from characters in the stories because i get so attached to the main ones. so when i first read the second book of the series i was a little disappointed that it wasn't about Ariella and Demmi. but then i started to love Kell and Mika. and then will and alys and so on. but i don't think anyone can beat marik and cristi. its hard not to immediately love marik because his character was just so interesting and so different. i loved his pov's. and i kind of feel an attachment to cristi because i'm a lot like her. although i don't show it like she does, i'm obsessed with a good romance story. nearly to the point of obsession. hence me staying in my bed all day reading your stories. i'm a daydreamer and have trouble focusing on reality when fiction is so much better. i wish that this story didn't have to end though i'm sure that i will appreciate simon's story as well. just like the other ones. but i don't think it can beat this one. =]

Aw, Marik is one of my favourite chracters of all time. I love almost everything about him and event though i understand that Sonja had a lot of bad experiences, im still kind of feeling resentment at her and everyone else who hurt Cristi.

I like the fact that you included a brief description of the countries interactions in the other stories, because it was begginning to get a little confusing.
