Great story! I really like that last line.

To be honest, it's totally different from what I would expect in a title called 'Small Irritations'. There is that subtle horror theme in it. Then the imagery is definitely macabre. Creepy narrator [the voice, in a sense]. I definitely like the last line. [Who did I kill and eat today?] It sounds as if the person is a cannibal or something. Great job!

I love the subtle horror in this piece. The title, too: I never would've guessed that something like blood under your fingernails can be called a 'small irritation'.

I love the voice of the narrator. Once again, very creepy. The ending line, too.
