This is fantastic. The only tip I would probably give would be to change the roller coaster ride metaphor to one a little less cliche, but it still works. It would be a fantastic song; you should get a beat to it and record! :D

A beautiful song, Lizzie! I really like the last two lines of the chourus "We'll find our selves/Soon enough." Although it should be ourselves not ourselves, but that's okay. ^^
