Great writing. I love the 'nevers', as well as Helena, Oliver and Anna. and I loved the story-telling feel of the third person.

i'm glad there's a happy ending. it's so sweet sweet sweet that reading it is like eating candy.

and it brings a smile to my face.

i can't get over how sweet this is...
an impossible situation, and i get helena all the way. but i really want something to happen that makes it impossible for her to deny the truth any longer.

how did we know this was going to happen? for some reason, i really like the line "...and oliver's eyebrows disappeared into his dark hair." i can see it. i can feel it.

she's strong, and he's sad.

i think they both might be a bit hard to read.

i love the ending.

So I basically loved every single second of this. And that is the most coherent thing I can say right now. It just felt so real, somehow!

This is so well-written! I love all the details, like how she could see the grease stains on the cards, or their time at the beach. It was all just incredibly beautiful. I'm glad Anna's okay-- that could have turned out really badly for her. I'm sure you're not going to... but a sequel about the three of them (and a boy for Anna!) would not be remiss... so, faboo!

Oh, Tumbling Down is just so beautifully written! It feels all so personal, like a confession, and was simply delicious to read. Really sweet and really genuine.

The relationship between Helena and Oliver develops so delicately, so enigmatically... I love how Oliver looks out for Helena, how Helena picks up on all his magic tricks, and how Anna understands both of them, just so.

AW! *blows nose in hanky and wipes tears* THAT WAS SO ADORABLE! Made me all warm and fuzzy inside. And Oliver's such a hot name...reminds me of some English lordling. But honestly, very well done: sweet, simple, and believable. The entire meeting-on-the-train thing was cute. And the way Anna picks up on how Oliver didn't like her the same way he liked Helena. *adds to favorites* And I like how you didn't put in quotation marks, but you might want to italicize it or something.
