If only everyone who actually needs to do this use their imagination and write good poetry! That's what your poem made me think. Too many kids are emo today- someone my sister knew slashed their wrists yesterday. Thought-provokingly written!

I like how you compare blood to wine, even though they're really complete opposites. I guess to a person like this, both are just as good. It's like how some people drown their problems in alcohol, others cut them out with a razor. Good writing for multi-tasking!
