Honestly, I was losing faith in this story. I had forgotten about it and when I got the notice it was updated, I hesitated before deciding I should give it another try. I have to say though, I think this chapter was really well done and I am looking forward to reading more. Sorry, that I don't have any constructive critisim but hopefully you'll update soon.

This chapter was awesome, a few lines in the beginning seemed almost stiff, but once you got into it...WOW! My heart completely broke as Alyssa told Shane, it was always hard to "hear" her think about it, but for her to actually talk about it... :(
The moment about the picture, it was hard to read that. I feel like I'm getting better at not being sad so much, but then...I don't know, it was sad. :(
Overall, you did an awesome job with this chapter! So keep writing & quit brainstorming! :P

p.s. just a little correction to the legalities...it depends on the individual laws of the state(s) as to exactly what is/isn't illegal, however I don't believe any state forbids an adult to share a kiss with a minor. ;)

I really wonder what's up with Gwen and if she's the one that saw Alyssa and Shane...she really doesn't deserve to lose her best friend. She's already been through enough. At least Shane will be there for her. UPDATE SOON!

You are really great at descriptions, especially with people's feelings. I feel like I know Alyssa really well after reading the past 11 chapters.

YAY! She finally trusted Shane enough to tell him what happened with Sawyer. And I have a feeling it was Gwen that saw them kissing and she's upset because Alyssa didn't tell her about it before...
