Once again, you wow me with your writing skills. The poem was short, but it said exactly what it needed to say. I found the phrase 'a handful of dreams' very creative. The imagery is very vivid and the words seem very well-chosen. it brought depth and intelligence to the 'silly girl.'

I love the simplicity of this. It goes along with the idea of her being "simple," yet the depth and meaning behind the words prove that wrong.

I also like the way you suddenly turn the attention of the poem to another person. The way she's dependant on another person for help embodies the fealing of uselessness traditionally facing girls.

I liked your poem a lot because there's elegance in simplicity. The line "handful of dreams" also struck me as very creative. I think the poem would still work if you ended it right there, but at the same time, the last two lines add more voice and personality to the first three lines and gives the whole poem a more hopeful tone. This poem is so sweet! I liked how you separated the poem into two separate parts. It really adds a lot to this piece. I particularly loved the second half. It gives the speaker personality and saves this poem from being all about angst.

Wow. Short and concise, but you managed to express an excellent thought. All that came from the simple line from the excellent movie. Wow.

I really liked this one beccause it makes me think, not of a silly girl, but a little girl chanting, "he loves me, he loves me not..."

^__^ I literally could see the scene in A Knight's Tale when Will said that quote "you're just a silly girl with a flower!" to Jocelyn (that is spelled correctly right?) -remembers- aww I love that movie! ^__^
