| The Un-great-ful 2008-06-18 ch 1, | abuseMate, I don't know if I like the idea of "humble fury", to me fury is so much more than a humble emotion, it is the exoneration of nothing, the furore, the unbridled assault on ones foes which holds no mercy in its remit. Its stabbing time. |
| simpleplan13 2007-11-02 ch 1, | abuseI like the phrase "mouthfull of cancer" a lot, but it should be mouthful the ending is great too |
| Abdul Alhazred - John Brewe... 2007-09-17 ch 1, | abuseYour poetry always strikes me as at once a great machine set to motion by the words you use, too complex for me to understand. But at the same time there is always enough similarity between the different pictures that I am left feeling like I was just awakened from some fever dream. Your mixture of speech patterns is exquisite to the taste. Pointless like running from time.. A mouthful of cancer, aimlessly biting. The command. Sink and expose him. I feel almost blasphemous using these words outside of the poem itself. And when I read and re-read it it seems to me that the author is hiding right behind the words looking out, saying to us that you were never hiding in the first place. Just waiting to be seen. in short. this is a new favorite. |
