Oh now the ending of this I like! Very well done. The ideas about demons are interesting, especially your explanation of the pleasant way in which they interact with humans. The effect on the man character's psyche and, consequently his marriage is a very nice way of bringing some very harsh humanity to the character. It's obviously a well thought out piece of work. I look forward to reading more work from you.

Wow. Just wow. This is so good. The story was captivating; I couldn't stop reading it. And then the twist at the end just made it perfect, a bit of levity, i guess. lol
