I like it, there are some really good beats throughout the piece.

My favorites:

"I was drunk, I was high, I was down, I was up, I was low, I was on top of the world."

"If I wanted to be up: I knew the pill to pop, the line to take (and I knew when the crash was coming and what caused it)."

I'm a sucker for rapid fire dialog. Nice job!

I love this. I like the part where you said it makes you feel unique though there's really nothing new about what you're going through. I think that's how a lot of people view their pain, whether they are bipolar, have drug addictions, eating disorders, anything really.
