It had potential, but I'm afraid you've glorified the rehab life too much to make it realistic. Maybe you should focus on why the characters are there and their journeys to recovery instead of their love lives. IMO.

But the reason I read this is because I had actually started writing a story similar to this one and it was rare to find another rehab story on this site :P. Anyway, please continue, I want more!

Nice addition. The crushes and such were amusing as were the characters' interactions. Looking forward to more.
