Aww... that was so cute! I really enjoyed reading your fic, it was really good. I don't know if you like/hate people pointing out grammar mistakes...etc, I'm going to take the risk. In chapter 7 first line, you wrote, 'not unpleased', it doesn't really make sense... (either pleased or unpleased)

Yay I finished! I liked Charlie and River's story, and I'd like to read more, but that's just because I get attached to the characters. I share your dislike for sequels. One thing, if you were ever looking to change this, you had some name mix-ups where you used "Charlie" instead of "Callie" and "Nikki" instead of "Meghan". But yeah, that's really all I picked up on that was glaringly obvious. I really liked this story. Thanks for sharing!

So! A little more than halfway done! Rivermy heart. I love his character, and you do a wonderful job with him. And I think Charlie is well-written. The only character that really bothers me is Callie and I can't really tell you why. She's... well, she's the perfect best friend, and I hate best friend characters although I couldn't tell you why. She just seems so... I dunno, everything the main character isn't, which is so stereotypical. That's the only thing that bugs me. But even she doesn't completely ruin the story for me. Haha, so bravo. I really like this story, and I'm saddened that I have class at 10 or I would continue reading. Oh, and in your author's note, you mentioned you would like to know ages of your readers... because well, you have older characters. Anyway, I'm 20, soon to be 21. (FINALLY.) So yeah... there you go. )

So I just found your story in the same C2 thing as mine, and I was in the mood to read a good story, so I gave it a try. So Adam sounds like a friend of mine... only he never went after me, just other girls, and then asked me for advice. I hate that, and I tried really hard not to give it to him, haha. But anyway, I really liked this chapter. I know this is complete, so reviewing won't do anything, but... haha, I wanted to anyway. And I liked the ending! River. What a neat name.

just reading your post scripts, and i have to agree, it's really nice to have non-high school characters. your characters are so much more mature, and it's nice to read about REAL characters for once, not the stereotypical, clique-ish ones you find in most high school romances. Thanks a ton... (i'm 21, btw, if that helps you get an audience age range...)

I love this story. River is awesome. I like that Charlie didn't go back to Adam at any point, even if she thought about it. When stories do that it ends up just making me really angry for about 5 chapters and annoyed at the girl -_-. I LOVE the plethora of Harry Potter references...
