The first line is brilliant. The French revolution sounds very French XD It's very typical vampire, and also the part with the "...I have been alive for centuries". I'm wating for a twist! Why can't the vampire be Indian? Or necrophiliac?

There are some fragmented sentences. I like the last sentence also. Good job!
