this made me think of certain morning-afters: sun-bright through sheer white curtains, plum and strawberry juice painting lips dark reds, shining hair gone wild with sleep and activity, soft content smiles.

there are parts in this that bite harder than that visual i just gave, like biting a wrist into splinters, bleeding, "you should know better."

but the contrast only makes it more compelling.
