The last four lines are my favourite, they are really powerful. I guess it is just our luck to be how your poem describes, there is no way to help it either, unless you are perfect. Being alone sucks. I hope everything is okay for you :)

Nice work, maybe work on the punctuation a bit more (I need to do that with my stuff...sucks so much) and keep writing!
