Reviews For: Merely One Rose
Michael Kim 2007-10-10 . chapter 1
Depends on what kind of love. I like to believe true love, divine love, is everlasting.

Yet there is something extremely romantic and attractive about what the rose represents.

And it's thorns.

Immortality envies the temporary beauty of the mortal.

Good work. Loved the colour imagery in the beginning.

Oh, by the way, I believe changing the last parts of the poem to present tense will be more effective. I don't know, just a thought. Give it a try?

Cheers,
Michael.

This was great! I loved the wording! It flowed just right, as if it should be immortalized!

I wish you would put your efforts into things more positive; they could be so inspiring...

The imagery is poignant and amazingly detailed. It's a beautiful piece that describes something everyone will feel.
