Oh, nice...I like it. Your characters are build on quite a few archetypes, but I am already starting to like them, Tina more than Thomas, just because I am not much of a fan of hot-blooded heroes like him. The story also seems quite intruiging (and you also told me about the Manchester and its little secret, which makes it even better) and your writing was deliciously smooth. The prose flowed easily with the progession of the plot and had adequate amounts of detail at the right places without disturbing the pace.

I have not much to say apart from: Well done. Your writing always manages to motivate me to write myself. Just try make Thomas a bit more likeable please, otherwise I'll end up rooting for TinaxMichaeal, lol!

it's a nice start for a story, it seems too fantasy to be in manga, but that's not really a problem. (hell, i'd put all my stories in manga, for some reason). anyhoo, it's a very nice chapter, and the world you've created for the story is nothing but great. the characters interact very well, i might add.

He... nice. For a first chapter it's decent, with a good understanding of each character... though Tina is slightly on the cliche side. I have a feeling I'll like Sula very much though... wait. Is Thomas the captain? What? Ah anyway, good stuff.
