Im kinda lonely right now too... so i dont know how much help ill be but that loneliness you describe i feel it alot...and while im not sure if its the same i am still pretty sure that a well lit room with friends doesnt cure it. Cause it didnt cure it for me today...in fact it actually made me feel more alone!

My first piece of advice would be to seperate the title and author's note from the actual poem. I thought they were both both of the poem, until I figured out - they weren't. xD
Go through and play with the puncuation and breaking up of the lines. Expand on this a bit. I want to know more. Details!
