I loved this.
A lot.
It was beautiful and the imagery was immense!

"How am I to know that today isn't my premonitions truth
Where every fear meets at the crossroads
and I take the fork in the path that doesn't have my name on it
But I wish you would kiss me goodnight one last time"
This section though, you started with a question and went straight to but... it didn't seem to flow.
I'm thinking maybe just remove the but? I'm not sure.
Maybe it's just the lack of punctuation.

But other than that,
I loved this!
It was stunning. :D
It reminds me of my poetry... Almost none of it is on here though because I have hundreds and I don't feel like saving them all on to word, so it's just on a different site. :P

I loved "And electric butterflies flip through me" because I think I can relate to that so much. This was really heavy, just a lot to sift through and feel out and understand. So deep. Wonderful job.
