I liked this story. I feel it also gave me an insight into you which is what I like to see. Well written, good characterisation...no ace characterisation. I like the way it's not a happy ending like most, unique and awesome work!

oh... this was so sad. when it began i thought it would be just another cliched break up story, but i think this was really quite remarkable. um... i think occasionally you slip into comfortable turns of phrase, or images, but other then that, this was really brilliant. keep up the good work

Oh, wow. Just wow. This oneshot was so full of emotion, and the ending was such a surprise. It leaves a lot up to the reader's interpretation, as well as some hope. I'm adding it to my favorites. :)

The ending was absolutely perfect. There were so many implications and a sense of closure despite the fact that it leaves little resolution to their problems.

You played on the reader's expectations really well. I'm not sure I've ever seen a monologue to someone about love confessions and explanations turn out to be a soliloquy. I think that was very effective.

I also liked how you gave the background to the characters' relationship through Greg talking and trying to explain the situation.
