As always, brilliant imagery. There were certain lines where your words just seem to come alive.

[sharp-edged. sadistic.
& cinnamon on my lips.]

[that i see your voice
snake down the walls.]

[velvet. vibrant.
& viscous with lies.]

Those were some of my favorites. Brilliant use of alliteration and, obviously, synesthesia.

I've always loved the idea of synesthesia, and I love this poem.
