| FrankCastle09 2007-11-27 ch 5, | abuseHm, talk about awkward timing. =P |
| FrankCastle09 2007-11-27 ch 4, | abuseYou do romance and tension very well. I'm almost studying you these days as I try to write a romance piece. You get into the characters heads so well, not sure how you do it sometimes. Still struggling to do that myself. I look forward to more. =] |

| Kirri 2007-11-23 ch 3, | abuseIs it really forbidden for a Christian to marry a non-Christian? or is that just a practical interpretation? I'm trying to catch up on reading because I'm overseas and can't get to computers often so this review may seem late to you. |

| Klyne 2007-11-19 ch 6, | abuseThe funny thing about Heather is that all she really hears is the bad news, but the truth is, most preachers nowadays seem scared to talk about it. They don't want to preach about hell but rather only the good things, kind of like a...well, salesman as she put it. Anyway, I like the new approach - the more humorous spin to a fairly touchy subject. But it was kind of funny seeing Spiritual and Humor paired together on the sub-genres, just because at a first glance, they don't seem to go together. But...well, who else would we have gotten our senses of humor from? |
| Spirella 2007-11-19 ch 6, | abuseAs always, very compelling reading. I can't see quite how things are going to work out between them. They are so very different, and I can't wait to keep reading more of this. I know you said that you wouldn't include so much of Steven's perspective because he gets a bit preachy, but I'd like to hear more from him. I like seeing what they're both thinking at different times. I've been trying to think of things that could be improved, just because I know you'd like something constructive, but right now... I really can't think of anything I'm afraid. :) |
| jacksy 2007-11-19 ch 6, | abusehey, just by chance looked at your story and I'm glad I did! I don't usually read stories that have religion as a major role within the story, not being religious myself, but by yours I am pleasantly suprised, I really like your writing style, and the fact that you show the story from the non-religious,however your main character did admit believing in god, but not neccessarily adhering to the expected lifestyle, is good too (sorry went on a tangent there lol) I think the religious quality to this story definately makes it different and worth reading! Youcan understand Steven's trouble with liking Heather, and although at some points I felt he was very narrow minded, such as with the cinema, and his internal thoughts regarding dating Heather, I till felt him to be a very likable character. Heather also comes across as very genuine despite her lifestyle choice, and I am interested to see where this story will go. But great work, sorry that I rambled! Jacksy |
