Hey there!
I love this poem with all its macabre glory! The direct speech in the second line is a nice original twist and emphasizes the surreal-sarcastic tone of the poem. I couldn't help but laugh at the wonderfully sardonic line "So I kicked it in the head". Well done there!
It's also quite fitting how the poem goes on to describe human emotions with lots of pathos and melodrama, but culminates in the almost childlike statement "I wanna be bad". The whole thing kind of reminded me of Roald Dahl's wacky sense of humour.
aw the poor dog, lol. again, for the most part this reads like it has one writer, give or take a few segments. if this was revised, maybe collaboratively, just to aide fluidity, this could be a really good poem.
