I really like it, especially the ending. There is one part I dont' like:

"And I’d give you a thousand hearts
(If I could)
To tell you I love you
But I only have one heart to give
And even if I did
Have a thousand hearts to give"

I think it could be just, "Even if I did have more," or "Even if I did have a thousand," because the repetitive-ness is kind of awkward.
