abuseOK! Review time! First of all, i loved the flashback at the beginning. It's so cool to open the chapters with them, coz we never know quite what's going on. And the memories aren't chronological either, so we're left trying to piece everything together. It was a very interesting memory too. Adds to the mystery. Jacob being in the kitchen was very unexpected. I didn't expect him to just suddenly ... be there. But that's not necessarily bad. I can't wait for more, as usual. Update soon!

abuseHi! I haven't been reading your stories for awhile, sorry, it's been kinda crazy in my spot of the world. Anyway, I'm glad that you returned to the John and Diana series. I'm not sure which version I like better--MAC or PAP (I haven't read the other one). There is alot of questions that I have with this one which I'm sure will be answered in time. If I had to pick, PAP seems "fresher", if that makes sense. Since it's been awhile since MAC was updated, maybe you will have more success in updated PAP since it's like starting out new. I look forward to reading whichever you decide to continue with.

abuseI loved this chapter. The flashbaks were great, and just added even more mystery, which is good. I'm really eager now to hear more about Diana's initial suicide attempt and why she did it. I also like that you've introduced Jacob really early. He was a great character.

In other news, i had the time of my life last night. OMG. It was so much fun. Me and a group of friends went in a limo. That might have been the best part of the night. We got a red carpet and everything! But now my feet ache, and i didn't get to bed until 2 this morning. And i've got another party tomorrow night, and my 18th birthday is in 15 days! *sigh* So much to do.

But anyway. Do i even have to tell you how much i loved this? I'm pretty sure you know i want you to update soon as well, am i right? LoL.

abuseAfter reading both, I honestly like this a bit more than Mad World. The prologue alone seems to have... a lot more passion. It's also better written and the wording is much more intense, not that Mad World is badly written or anything, I just think PaP captures the readers attention in a much better way. The intensity and emotion is much higher as well. I don't know, both are good but this is much more right to the point and intense where as Mad World is a slower, more drawn out approach. I like both, regardless. =]

abuseAha, so are you sticking with this story then, or are you going to develop both and see where it takes you? I could never write more than one story at once, I find it amazing that you juggle so many at once!

I love that you use the same characters in your stories, even when they're very different. I'm currently reading Precious Pearls, I think it's called. I like that one, even though the story just makes me think of Dan and Rose.

I don't really know what to say on this particular story at the minute though - I tend to reserve judgement until things develop further. Right now, I've read a lot of this stuff before in your first John/Di story, or at least I think it's the first. I just hope that she confides in him eventually as to what's happened to her. You ought to keep an eye out for reviews from those who haven't spent a few hours reading Mysteries and Chemistry - I feel like I know the characters from reading that and the background somewhat, but for others, I wonder how they come across...

And amazing work on producing chapters so quickly! Are they all prewritten weeks in advance, or do you write them in a couple of hours and then instantly post? As usual, well done!

abusefor eye catching...it would be this one...but I personally like the other version better. In this one, I feel thrown in to a horrible situation without any warning or explanation (even though I know what's going on b/c I've read the other versions). I like the build up that came in the other version and the sense that John was slowly becoming aware of his feelings. To me, that intensifies the passion...especially if he's ignoring the initial signs and trying to do right by his 'sister'.

abuseI don't know which one I prefer of the two - I like this one because it deals with the present situation as you left it in the first John/Di thing you wrote - Mystery and something, wasn't it? I read that one just now, but can't remember the title.

The other one began when they were young, but I assume that's just going to be a flashback, or are you going to cover their whole childhood? I like this one - it begins showing the tragedy that's just occurred and that he's already got passion for her. But it doesn't quite explain the brother/sister relationship they'd grown up with, where as the original makes that perfectly clear, but this just begins with them feeling strongly towards each other...

Argh, I don't know! I just know I'll certainly read whichever you go with!

abuse... Wow. Ok. So i was wrong. That's ok though. Wow. I'm kind of speechless. This is so NOT what i was expecting. You just jumped straight in the deep end. But how do i choose the 'better' version? Hm... They both have good qualities. 'Mad World' is great if you like the quiet, seeking-up-on-you kind of romance. This version goes right into it. John knows he loves her, or likes her at any rate. The Diana of 'Mad World' seems more innocent, but in this, she's obviously tormented by something, or somethingS. I don't know which i like better. I think i like them both equally. I suppose, as soon as i began reading this version, i was immediately enraptured. 'Mad World' has a bit of a slower start, but that's not always a bad thing. I just don't know. I suppose it all comes down to your personal preference. No matter which you decided to continue, i'd read it and be happy, i'm sure.

On a slightly unrelated topic, i was VERY happy when i read your PM about being inspired to write 'Christmas Rose'. I really love that one, so i'm exceedingly glad that Phantom and Grease 2 helped you out, but you're right, i'm not going to ask. LoL.

Can't wait for more updates! Let me know which version you decide to keep.
