| ilovevampires2 2008-04-19 ch 1, | abuseWow. Really amazing! I wish I had your poem writing talents. |
| Gabriel Divided 2007-12-11 ch 1, anon. | abuseI am confused by H.T. Heaven's review of this poem. Perhaps I am interpreting wrong, but, I do not feel the words "simple things in life" should be associated with your poem in any way. I realize that everything is interpretation, and I could be hearing your words to suit my mood, but... I feel "Forget About Me" was layered onto itself, with insight and meaning. A poem written to a general audience, with it's true feelings deciphered only by the writer herself. Words written with mood and sway and rhythm, but cast down through a blank stare. Brow only bent from the frustration of knowing that paper and pen cannot make people truly see. I think there is nothing simple about this poem. I think it has at least three ways to view it... 1- From the eyes of the general public. 2- From those who can sense a deeper passion. 3- And from those who can see the specific choice of words, laid out in very precise order, to incite intrest from her three main audiences. (People who read. People who feel. The author, herself.) But, maybe I'm over-complicating things. I sometimes do that. Either way, I like what I see. Good Day, -GabrielDivided- |
| The Postscript 2007-12-01 ch 1, | abuseBeautiful. Astounding imagery once more. You can always take simple things in life and give them a certian power that overtakes the reader and really requires us to take a closer look. Keep writing, k. |
