RubyRed22 8/5/12 . chapter 23Aha, I loved it! But... You still didn't tell us how Doug knew everything! |
RubyRed22 8/5/12 . chapter 21Holy crap?... What the hell is wrong with these people?! Heh heh... Now I'm laughing... No pun intended x2. |
RubyRed22 8/5/12 . chapter 15Oh wow... I kind of feel stupid now. Nice twist! |
RubyRed22 8/5/12 . chapter 14I'm sorry to say that I totally saw that coming... However, I thought it would have been Mae finding out by reading her mind! Anyways... ON TO THE NEXT CHAPTER! |
R. Ficst 5/16/12 . chapter 23Absolutely loved it! Fantabulous work! Your voice is humorous and unique, and I loved your characters, their personalities, and their abilities. Great work with the plot. The pacing was almost spot on, I just felt that some of Mae's religious musings were snapped in and out of a little abruptly, so those sections could use a little more work to be integrated into the flow more smoothly. I'm excited about the sequel mentioned in your last author's note. I'll certainly be checking out your profile to see more of your work. Great job, and thanks for posting! I thoroughly enjoyed the read! |
Tammy Rae 5/10/12 . chapter 23Great story! Great characters! This was a really fun read! |
lionkinglover3 4/14/12 . chapter 11awesome story |
AJ Garcia 3/28/12 . chapter 23Yay! |
AJ Garcia 3/27/12 . chapter 8My sister has the gift of decrement. She can feel people, but it's not something that she can use for her own pleasures; far from it. I know this guy who has the same gift and he is using it for himself and he hates it. The only way he can delude it is to get drunk. All my Sis has to do is ask God to make it stop and He does:) pretty cool if you ask me! |
Charlee Rayne 3/11/12 . chapter 23what's going to happen? With her mom? with Seth? with her friend? |
FamishedNight 12/21/11 . chapter 23Awesome story! Loved it! |
Dalilt 9/17/11 . chapter 23I loved this story. You managed to insert the supernatural in a natural way. It doesn't seem forced and it flows wel. Their powers weren't also the main focus and that's nice. I look forward to the sequel in order to learn more about all those small mysteries.. I only feel sorry for Minh..poor guy .. |
Candescence 6/24/11 . chapter 23ok, so this story. Not my favorite of what you written. Some parts I just barely skimmed over it. It sort of dragged and some things were left to be desired. I liked this story though. Even Doug. I think I like him better than Seth ;) We'll see what happens with the sequel |
Margirli13 1/18/11 . chapter 21 Okay, I know this story has been up for a while now, but it's my first time reading it, and I have to say it is AMAZING! I read so many books and stories that either completely ignore God, or worse, they are like your Mae's parents, zealous, and overbearing. It is so nice to read a story with genuine, true faith in it, and one that explores the dilemmas to trying to figure out your own faith. I cannot say enough how much of a treat it is to read something like this. It's very tricky to include religion on a story, and you did it just exactly right. Plus, that's not the whole focus of the book. I love the plot too. The special gifts of telepathy, and telekinesis, and the whole murder plot make it absolutely delicious, and I just have to say huge kudos for a story superbly-written. I hope you send this to some publishers and try and get it officially published. I would buy it. |
