| itse 2007-12-14 ch 1, | abuseI commend authors who are able to convey so much with first person because I can't seem to show enough or be detailed enough when I try to write that way. The one shot did seem to move in a whirlwind for me, everything was there but it moved too fast. That could be because the setting is an argument and things tend to come out in a rush (her abusive relationship with Nick etc.) and in somewhat confusing circles but it all makes sense in the end when the parties have calmed down some. I do think that Lexi's hesitation to say that she loved him was a nice realistic touch, even though she did she was still hurt. |
